Dental practices play a vital role in patient care, yet many still rely on voicemails, sticky notes, and manual follow-ups that drain revenue and frustrate patients. Annie’s founding team, Conner, Preston, and Jimmy, saw these challenges firsthand while operating high-volume dental call centers and witnessing the costly impact of missed calls, overdue patients, and front-desk churn. That experience led them to build Annie, an AI-native revenue operations coworker that autonomously manages scheduling, lead capture, recare, and follow-up across phone, web chat, and SMS. Annie integrates directly with practice management systems and is built around dental-specific rules and workflows to handle real-world complexity. Customers feel the impact immediately with more appointments booked, higher conversion, and revenue recovered that would otherwise be lost. Across hundreds of practices, Annie has generated $5M in revenue for customers and saved 30,000 hours of staff time, proving the power of a true “always-on” AI teammate.
The Annie team combines deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution, reflecting our thesis of supporting AI-first platforms built by operators who truly understand the challenges they are solving. Their grounding in dental workflows gives them a perspective that is rare in a market historically slow to adopt change. By tackling core operational bottlenecks head-on, they have been able to design with precision, deliver measurable outcomes, and earn durable trust from providers. That foundation has already fueled adoption in hundreds of practices, with ARR now over $1M and continuing to grow month over month.
We’re proud to partner with Annie as they build the full-stack, AI-native operating system for clinic front offices. This new round will accelerate product development, deepen integrations with major PMS and EHR systems, and strengthen Annie’s ability to support more dental teams by expanding its always-on AI teammate across additional workflows, helping practices improve efficiency, reduce workload, and unlock growth.
